In the Reporting Form you will find a list of things to report. Monday through Friday the reports will be reviewed and work orders opened if needed. Work orders for the Department of Public Works are reviewed through out the day by the Public Works Supervisor.
 

He will determine the urgency of the work order and prioritize the request. With code violation reporting you may or may not see immediate results as sometime property owners comply right away and others do not. Codes Officers have protocol they are required to follow. At times we will make an attempt to help property owners who may be experience difficulties.
 

Please be assured that if you report it it will be reviewed and if your report is correct it will be addressed with the property owner.
